NetEnt has been given a transactional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to offer its online gaming services in New Jersey via Borgata and Bwin.party brands.
Currently, the Swedish gaming developer has applied for a Casino Service Industry Enterprise License from the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement earlier this year. However, the NetEnt Americas LLC has been granted a transactional waiver to provide its services whilst the application is still being processed and reviewed.
Its services are yet to go live via Borgata and Bwin.party brands anytime soon since the installation has begun and a trial run is yet to go live anytime from now.
The official launch date is yet to be announced at a later stage. According to the agreement, NetEnt has made additional customer agreements with other operators that include Caesars Interactive Entertainment and Golden Nugget.
Once the processing of transactional waiver is successful, the company will also offer its services to these other operators.
The Managing Director of NetEnt Americas LLC, Björn Krantz said, ““The approval of the transactional waiver for Borgata and bwin.party in New Jersey marks yet another milestone in our efforts to successfully go to market and build a long-term presence in North America. We are working in close collaboration with our partners and the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to secure that necessary administration is taken to successfully go live as soon as possible.”
NetEnt will provide a wide range of games for both web and mobile gaming. Players will be able to access all games offered by NetEnt as well as playing NetEnt’s popular jackpot titles such as Mega Fortune, Mega Fortune Dreams, Hall or Gods and many more.
